Description

These are a group of early 19th-century buildings numbered 70 to 90 Cadogan Place. Number 70 is three storeys high, while the others range from four to five storeys. The buildings generally have two windows each. They are constructed of brick, with numbers 86 to 90 having a stucco ground floor. Iron balconies are present on the first floor. Numbers 76 and 86 to 90 feature hooded, wooden "Chinese" verandahs. Most of the entrances are arched. Number 70 has a wooden shop front and lacks a balcony, while number 81 has had its front altered. Numbers 82 to 88 have splayed ground floor bays. Number 90 incorporates 162c Sloane Street and includes a shop on its return.
