This is a mid-19th century terrace of three storeys, comprising numbers 11 to 19 Upper Cheyne Row. The building is constructed of yellow brick and stucco, and features a balustrade to the roof. Iron balconies are present on the first-floor windows. It forms part of a group with numbers 16 to 28 in the row. A garden wall to the south is associated with Shrewsbury House, located on Cheyne Walk.
