Description
This is an early to mid-19th century terrace comprised of three properties: numbers 36, 37, and 38 Glebe Place. The terrace is two storeys high, with a basement level, and each property is one window wide. Numbers 37 and 38 are painted brick, while number 36 has channelled stucco on the ground floor and basement. The ground floor features round-headed windows and a door. Upper floor windows are square-headed with gauged arches above. A cornice runs along the top of the building. There are area railings at ground level. The properties are listed primarily for their group value alongside numbers 23-33 Cheyne Row, numbers 10-34 Cheyne Row and numbers 16-30 Upper Cheyne Row.
