Description

This house, located in Upper Cheyne Row, dates to approximately 1716. It is a three-storey building with a basement, and features a two-window front. The upper portions are constructed of red brick, while the ground floor is stuccoed. A moulded cornice runs below a panelled parapet, and a moulded band defines the second floor. The windows have flat, red brick arches and flush-framed dressings. Stucco pilasters and a cornice are incorporated into the entrance design. Wrought iron area railings are also present. The building has group value.
