Description

A row of dwelling houses, numbers 10 to 23, built in the mid-19th century. Originally a symmetrical terrace, numbers 24 to 26 were subsequently demolished. The houses are constructed of stucco and extend over three storeys, with an attic and basement. Each house has a two-window frontage. Round-headed porches feature at the doorways. First-floor balconies are made of openwork stucco. Houses 15 to 20 project forward, featuring Corinthian pilasters that rise through the first and second floors, with pediments over the first-floor windows and a stucco attic storey. Number 18 has coupled Corinthian three-quarter columns and tripartite windows to the first and second floors. Number 10 also projects forward, displaying rusticated quoins and arched tripartite windows.
