Description

This is a terrace of eight houses, numbered 2 to 18, located on the east side of Norland Square in London. They were built between 1837 and 1846. The houses are three storeys high, with a basement and an attic storey, and each has two windows. The ground floor is rusticated, featuring horizontal grooving and bow windows. The doorways are narrow, each with pilasters, an entablature, and a transom light. A continuous iron balcony runs along the first floor. The first-floor windows are topped with consoles supporting their own entablatures. A modillion cornice is located at the level of the attic window sills. The property is distinguished by area railings.
