Description
The walls, gates, and railings surrounding St Leonard's Churchyard date from the 19th century. The front railings are made of sturdy cast iron and include two gates with wrought iron overthrows. To the north, there is a section of 19th-century brick wall, which features modern railings and connects to the original churchyard brick wall, primarily topped with stone coping. There is a stone pier at the junction, and stone-coped brick piers are spaced along the entire length of the wall. The Church of St Leonard, along with No 118½ and the railings to the north of No 118½, as well as the churchyard gates and railings, form a cohesive group.
