The forecourt walls, railings, and gates serving numbers 31 to 41 (odd) on New North Road date from the early 19th century. They consist of low rendered walls topped with cast iron railings and gates that are mounted on square stone piers, which front stone-coped dividing walls. Together, numbers 31 to 41 and their forecourt features form a cohesive group.
