Description
No 43, Trinity Square, is an 18th-century brick building with some patching. It features a cornice with a blocking course, although the roof is not visible. There is a stone band at the height of the third-floor sills. The building has four storeys and four windows, which are mostly recessed and have glazing bars. The ground floor has been altered. At the rear, the two storeys above the ground floor are made of red brick and have five windows with flush frames and glazing bars. Decorative iron railings with panels are present at the front of the building.
No 43, along with the Roman Wall, the Merchant Navy Memorial, the First World War section with the Port of London Authority Building and Lamps, Trinity House, and Nos 41 and 43, forms a group of significant structures.
