Description

This is a late 17th or early 18th century building of three storeys and an attic, with a basement, located in Pemberton Row. Originally two and a half bays wide, the ground floor is now stuccoed and the window arrangement has been altered. The first and second floors are constructed with painted brick. The windows are wide, flush, boxed sashes, with blind recesses that have been opened up and glazed. A red tiled mansard roof is concealed behind a parapet, and it includes dormers. Simple 18th century wrought iron railings are present on the steps and surrounding the area.
