Description
This is a terrace of three houses located at 85C, 87, and 89 Royal College Street, built in the early to mid 19th century. The houses are constructed of darkened stock brick, featuring a rusticated stucco ground floor and a plain stucco sill band on the first floor. The corners are accentuated with stucco quoins. Each house has three storeys and two windows. The doorways are square-headed with vermiculated keystones, overlights, and panelled doors, with No. 89 having a partially glazed door. The ground floor has tripartite sash windows, also with vermiculated keystones, while the upper floors feature architraved sashes, with the first floor having cornices supported by console brackets. The terrace is topped with a stucco parapet that has a cornice cut back. The interiors have not been inspected.
