Formerly 2 cottages, now 1 residence. Early C19. Multi-coloured stock brick. 2 storeys. 1 window each. No.46: cambered arch doorway with C20 hood and panelled door. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sashes. Parapet. No.48: round-arched doorway with fanlight and good 2-panel door with Classical enrichment and cast-iron human head knocker in high relief. C20 ground floor bay window with dentil cornice. 1st floor has gauged brick flat arch to French window with margin glazing and cast-iron balcony. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain original column newel staircase.
