46 And 48, Flask Walk

46 and 48 Flask Walk is a former pair of cottages, now a single residence, dating from the early 19th century. The building is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick and stands two storeys high, with one window for each former cottage.

For No. 46, there is a cambered arch doorway featuring a 20th-century hood and a panelled door. It has gauged brick flat arches above recessed sash windows and a parapet. No. 48 has a round-arched doorway with a fanlight and a well-crafted two-panel door that includes Classical detailing and a cast-iron human head knocker in high relief. The ground floor has a 20th-century bay window with a dentil cornice, while the first floor features a gauged brick flat arch above a French window with margin glazing and a cast-iron balcony. The building also has a parapet.

The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted to retain the original column newel staircase.
