Description
Number 14 is a house that has been converted into commercial premises. It was originally built between 1717 and 1718 by Robert Burford and was reconstructed in a similar style after being damaged during wartime bombing. The building is made of brown brick and features three windows across its façade, standing four storeys tall with a basement and a mansarded attic. The entrance has a wood architraved doorcase with a carved panelled soffit beneath a flat hood and fanlight. The windows are sash style. The interior has not been inspected. The property also has cast-iron railings, and it is included for its group value as part of the notable terrace on the east side of Bedford Row.
