Description
The statue of Thomas Coram is located outside number 40 Brunswick Square. It was created in 1963 by the sculptor William Macmillan. The statue features a seated bronze figure holding a scroll in its right hand, set on a granite base. The base is inscribed with the words "Thomas Coram 1668-1751. Pioneer in the cause of child welfare."
