Description
This is a terrace of five houses located on the west side of Royal College Street, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The exterior is characterised by darkened stock brickwork, with a rusticated stucco ground floor and plain stucco on the first floor, separated by a band. The terrace is symmetrical in design, with two windows on each floor of each house. Each house has a round-arched doorway topped with a fanlight, and featuring a panelled door. The recessed sash windows are framed by architraves incorporating console bracketed cornices, and there are cast-iron balconies on the first floor. A stucco parapet with a cornice runs along the top of the terrace. A pedimented feature is centrally located above No. 95, flanked by scrolls. The interiors have not been inspected.
