Description
These railings and parapets date to around 1825. A stone balustraded parapet runs along the forecourt, returning around numbers 1, 2, and 42 Chester Terrace. Cast-iron railings are set upon a low dwarf wall, and extend to the forecourt and gardens of numbers 1 to 42.
