Description

Virginia Cottage is a 16th century timber-framed and plastered house featuring a jettied upper storey supported by brackets. The building has two storeys and a two-window range with casement windows that include glazing bars. The roof is covered with 20th century interlocking tiles. There is a later addition at the west end of the cottage, which is one storey with an attic. Inside, the cottage boasts moulded beams and joists.
