Description

No. 37 Callis Street is a mid-19th century house built from white gault brick, featuring gables at both the north and south ends. The house is two storeys tall and has a two-window range on both the west and south fronts, with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars set in plain reveals. The south gable has a blocked bullseye window. The entrance features a 20th-century door with a semi-circular fanlight from the 19th century, also in plain reveals. The roof is covered with slate.
