Description
The Priory is a house that features an early 19th-century main range along with older fragments at the rear. It stands two storeys tall and is constructed of gault brick and timber framing. The building has two large plain internal chimney stacks and is covered with black glazed pantiles.
On the left side, there are three windows: one large Edwardian casement window and two smaller-paned sash windows set in flush frames. The central doorway has a half-glazed door topped with a semi-circular fanlight. A portico with fluted columns and a dentil cornice enhances the entrance. To the right, there are one- and two-storey extensions.
At the rear, the upper floor is corbelled out and features tile-hanging, with two three-light leaded windows, one of which contains 19th-century stained glass.
