Description
Grange Farmhouse is a farmhouse dated 1777, as indicated on a tablet above the entrance door. It has two storeys and attics, featuring three windows. The building is constructed of red brick with blue random headers and has tumbled parapet gables. The end walls are made of limestone and brick rubble, with red brick quoins. The roof is plaintiled, with gable chimneys and segmental-headed dormers that contain sash windows. The small-pane sashes have flat-arched heads. The entrance features a six-panel door with an oblong fanlight, sheltered by an open trellis-work porch topped with a low-pitched copper roof. At the rear, there is a wing with rendered walls and a pantiled roof.
