Description

This is a table tomb located 3 metres south of the Cathedral of St James, dating from 1842. It is made of Ketton stone and stands on a raised base. The tomb features fluted pilasters at the corners and along the sides, which enclose raised fielded panels. The top of the tomb is moulded. An inscription on the panel at the west end reads, 'CHARLOTTE, DAUGHTER OF THE REV. PETER LATHBURY OF WESTERFIELD, d.1842.'
