Description

The stables and coach house located to the north of Risby Place were built in the late 18th century. The structure features a combination of timber framing and rendering, as well as flint with red brick quoins. The roof is thatched and half-hipped, although it is now partly covered with asbestos. Above the openings, there is a semi-circular brick arcade that has been damaged by later inserted doors. The central section of the building is used for stabling and still retains its stalls. This building has group value with Risby Place.
