Description

This is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered house located immediately north of the school in Hawkedon. The building has one storey and attics, featuring a three-window range with casements, some of which have glazing bars. It has boarded doors and a thatched roof with three dormer windows. The property was renovated in the 20th century. It is situated approximately 50 yards west of the Queens Head Public House and has a lower roof line compared to those cottages nearby.
