Description

Heath Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century or earlier. It has one storey and attics, featuring a three-cell cross-entry plan. The building is timber-framed and plastered, with a concrete plaintiled roof that was originally thatched. There are three mid-20th century raking casement dormers. An early 17th-century axial chimney made of red brick has had its shaft rebuilt in the 19th or 20th century, along with two additional axial chimneys from the 19th century. The windows are mid-20th century casements, and the entrance door is a half-glazed panelled door from the 20th century, located approximately at the cross-entry position. The interior has not been examined.
