Description

This 18th-century barn with an integral stable is located 50 meters southeast of Hall Farmhouse. It is timber-framed and weatherboarded, topped with a thatched roof. The barn features boarded doors at the center bay and has primary-braced studwork along with a butt-purlin roof. The intermediate trusses do not have ties; instead, they are supported by knee-braced principals and collars. The northernmost bay contains the integral stable, which has a chaff-loft above.
