Description

Nos 2 and 4 Dial Lane is an early 19th century building made of grey gault brick. It stands four storeys tall and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars set in plain reveals. Above the first storey windows of No 4, there is a wood cornice, while No 2 has a stucco band above its window. The windows on the second and third storeys are adorned with stucco cornice litels, and the ground storey has 20th century shops. The roof is covered with slate. Nos 2 and 4, along with Nos 8 to 12 (even) and the Church of St Lawrence, form a cohesive group.
