Description

The Jolly Sailor Public House is a building that likely dates back to the early 17th century. It features a timber frame with a red brick facade that was added in the 18th century. The structure has two storeys and an outshut to the south. The roof, covered with plain concrete tiles, has been completely renewed. It may have originally been two separate houses with a lobby entrance. The windows are scattered and include casements, some of which are modern. There are segmental brick arches and a brick stack situated above the off-centre entrance door, which is flanked by three modern doors.
