Description

The Abbey Gate House Wall is a structure dating from around 1800, located in Butley, connecting the Abbey Gatehouse and the former Pavilion, which is now known as Abbey Cottage. The wall is approximately 4 meters high and is constructed from a mix of reused stone and flint from the former Abbey. It features stone saddleback coping at the top.
