Description
The Old Schoolhouse is a house that was formerly the schoolmaster's residence, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features a black pantile roof. The building has two storeys and the entrance front is composed of three bays arranged symmetrically. The central ground floor has a half-glazed door with a blank tympanum above it, flanked by sash windows with two over four panes and splayed heads. On the first floor, there is a central blank window with two lateral sash windows, also with two over four panes. The roof is hipped, and to the left, there is a recessed service range that extends from the main structure. At the rear, there is a two-storey outshut that runs the full length of the building.
