Description

Forge Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features a pantile roof. The entrance front has two bays, with a central doorway that has a cambered head. To the right of the doorway is a two-light window, also with a cambered head, and to the left is a three-light window of the same style. On the first floor, there are three-light casements on both the right and left sides. The interior has not been inspected, but the cottage is included for its group value.
