Description

A terrace of four cottages dating from the mid-19th century, located on Brandeston Road, Earl Soham. The cottages are constructed of red brick with a pantiled roof. They are two storeys high, with a symmetrical façade featuring six windows. The windows are casements with two or three lights, each set within a segmental arch. There are four boarded doors. The cottages have internal and gable end stacks. They are identical in form to the adjacent Nos. 5-8 and represent a good, unaltered example of 19th-century agricultural workers’ cottages.
