Description

The steps and wall on the south side of Wilde's Score in Lowestoft date from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. The south wall is constructed of whole flint and brick at the west end, where it also serves as an external wall for buildings and is from the 18th century. The east end of the wall is made entirely of whole coursed flints and dates to the 19th century. The steps are primarily made of concrete from the 20th century, although they have earlier origins.
