Description

Nos. 82 and 83 High Street is a shop with a flat above, dating from the mid-18th century and altered over time. The building is constructed of rendered and colorwashed brick, topped with a roof of black-glazed pantiles. It has two storeys and a dormer attic. The early 20th-century shop front features plate glass with a pair of central entrances. The first floor is lit by three late 20th-century top-hung casements set in plaster surrounds. A dentil eaves cornice runs below a bell-based gabled roof, which includes one flat-topped dormer.
