Description

Quaker House is a house dating from the 16th century. It is timber framed and plastered, with a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and a three-cell plan, featuring a four-window range with two-light casements. There is a cross passage entry with a boarded door and an internal stack. The interior has been considerably altered, but some exposed timbering remains. In the 18th century, it was used as a Quaker meeting house.
