Description

Clock House, located at 42 Cumberland Street, was built in 1852 and features an early 17th-century design. This two-storey building has a timber frame that is plastered and partially lined to resemble ashlar stone. It includes a gabled wing on the right side and is topped with tiles. The façade has three windows that are mullion transom casements, and there is a six-panel door with an architrave. Inside, the building boasts some notable fresco wall decorations featuring a pineapple motif and a Stuart Coat of Arms, although the condition of the decoration does not allow for the identification of the specific monarch.
