Description

12 Church Street is a mid-19th century brick house. It is two storeys high with a three-window front. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in plain reveals and topped with segmental brick arches. Louvred shutters are fitted to the windows. A central doorway, approached by steps, features heavy brick pilasters and a stuccoed cornice. A wing extends to the rear, to the north. The roof is tiled and hipped, with a steep pitch. The building is listed for its group value.
