Description

Kiln Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered house located on Bures Road in Assington. The building features an extension at the southeast end and a single-storey lean-to addition at the northwest end. It has one storey and attics, with casement windows that were added in the 20th century. The roof is tiled and includes three gabled dormers along with a large central square chimney stack.
