Description
A 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house with 18th-century exterior modifications, located on the east side of Hall Street, Long Melford. The house is two storeys high and has a three-window facade. The first-floor windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, while the ground-floor windows have single vertical glazing bars. A six-panel door, featuring fluted pilasters and a cornice hood, provides entry. A 19th-century cart entrance is situated at the north end, alongside a modern shop front. The roof is tiled.
