Description

A 15th and 16th century timber-framed and plastered building located on Church Street in Lavenham. It is two storeys high. The upper storey juts out over the front, supported by exposed joists, and the timber frame is visible. The front has two windows, consisting of modern casements with glazing bars and one old window with restored leaded lights. A boarded door is present. The building is listed for its group value and architectural contribution to the streetscape, which includes numbers 85 to 91 consecutively.
