Brookside is a 17th to 18th century cottage that is timber-framed and plastered, featuring one storey and attics. The cottage has a two-window range with small casement windows and a central boarded door, which dates from the 20th century. The roof is thatched and includes two sloping roofed dormers along with a central chimney stack. The building underwent renovations in the 20th century.
