Description

Silver Farmhouse, formerly known as Paradise Farm, is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located in Hibbs Green. It features a cross wing at the east end and has undergone alterations in the 18th century, with renovations in the 20th century. The building has two storeys and attics. The upper storey of the cross wing jetties on brackets on the north front and is weatherboarded. It has casement windows. A glazed porch projects from the front, which includes two 18th century windows with semi-circular heads and small panes. The roof is covered with cedar shingles and has a central chimney stack with grouped diagonal shafts.
