Description
Mannings Cottage is a row of timber-framed cottages from the 17th century, which has been converted into one house and extensively restored. The building features rendered walls and a thatched roof with gabled ends and eyebrow dormers. It is one storey high with an attic and has a six-window range. There is a modern canted bay window on the right side, and brick chimney stacks are located at the ridge and the right-hand gable end. Inside, the cottage has unchamfered joists and a chamfered main beam with scroll stops and a bar.
