Description

The property is a house, dating to the 16th and 17th centuries, with later alterations, including those of the early 19th century. The front of the house exhibits an exposed timber frame, painted brick forms the return wall, and the rear features a plastered wing. The roof is covered in red plain tiles. Chimney stacks are positioned off-centre and to the far right. The house is two storeys high, with paired eaves brackets. There are three windows on the front, fitted with 20th-century leaded, three-light casements. A central gabled porch with a 20th-century door is present. The exposed timber frame on the left side of the house is from the 16th century, characterized by heavy timbers and halved bracing. The frame on the right side is from the 17th century, and features through bracing.
