Description

Monks is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered building with a thatched roof. Originally a row of cottages, it has been renovated and converted into a single tenement. The building has one storey and attics, featuring casement windows. A modern porch extends at the front, with the thatched roof continuing over it. There are five gabled dormers on the front, along with one chimney stack at the ridge and another at one end.
