Description

The Chapel to Almshouses is a small timber-framed building dating from the late 15th to early 16th century, which has undergone significant restoration. The almshouses were originally established in the late 15th and early 16th centuries but have since been rebuilt. The chapel features exposed timber framing, much of which has been renewed, and has a tiled roof. Inside, it is noted to have a good pulpit and bench ends.
