Description
Castling's Hall is a 16th-century timber-framed and plastered building, featuring some exposed timber-framing and a cross wing at the east end. The structure has been significantly restored and has a tiled roof. It stands two storeys high with attics. The upper storey jetties out at the front of both the main block and the cross wing, supported by curved brackets and shafts. The main block includes a carved bressumer. The windows are mullioned and transomed casements, with a continuous range of small leaded lights positioned high on both storeys. A gabled porch extends from the front of the building.
