The Beeches is a late 18th-century house located on the High Bungay Road in Loddon. It is constructed of red brick with a black glazed pantile roof. The house comprises a three-bay centre block with two storeys and an attic. The central block features a pediment containing a round-arch attic window. A pilastered doorcase is positioned on the left-hand side, featuring an entablature with a fluted frieze and dentilled cornice, a moulded architrave, and a glazed door. The design includes flanking wings that are set back from the centre block; each wing has two storeys and two windows, topped with hipped roofs. All windows are sash windows with glazing bars.
