Description

This is an early 19th century house located on the south side of High Street in Loddon. The southern part of the building is constructed of red brick with a black glazed pantile roof, featuring gable ends and overhanging eaves. It is two storeys high, with two windows on each floor. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and the ground floor windows are set within rubbed flat brick arches. A central moulded architrave doorcase, topped with a cornice, frames a panelled door. Brick stacks are visible above the gable ends.

An adjoining central range extends northwards and dates from the early 19th century. It also features red brick and a black glazed pantile roof with gable ends and overhanging eaves, incorporating modillions. The first floor has five sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has been largely removed and is now supported by brick piers. The property is included on the list for its group value.
