Description

The White House is a 17th-century timber-frame house located on Upper Street in Billingford, Scole. It is plastered and features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends. There is an off-centre brick chimney stack. The house has two storeys and an attic, with attic windows situated in the gable end. Most of the windows are modern casements, but there are two small original mullion windows located under the eaves. A modern gabled porch has been added in front of the chimney stack.
