Description
Frittonend Farmhouse is an early 17th century timber-frame house that was encased in brick in the late 19th century. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and a four-window range, with two square two-storeyed bays added in the 19th century. A 19th-century gabled porch is located in front of the chimney stack, and the windows are 19th-century two-light casements. Inside, the ground floor has moulded and stopped chamfer ceiling beams, while the first floor features a cambered moulded beam with run-out stops.
